The Board of Directors at its meeting on July 3, 2010, in a report nr. 28, in accordance with Article 16 of the Articles of Association, has unanimously elected the member Filippo Nisi, a member of the Executive Committee.
Filippo Nisi, already holds the office of member of the Board of Auditors.
the new member must be the wishes of the entire Board of Directors.
